Why doesn't TriMagnesium cause diarrhea like other magnesium supplements?
Because it does not contain high doses of magnesium oxide or citrate, which are the forms with the most pronounced intestinal osmotic effect. Bisglycinate, malate, and taurate have a much higher absorption rate, so they reach the bloodstream before the unabsorbed excess has a laxative effect. TriMagnesium's digestive tolerance is excellent even in people with gastrointestinal sensitivity.
Can I take TriMagnesium if I already take LOGOUT?
Yes. LOGOUT includes 100 mg of magnesium bisglycinate in its nocturnal formula. TriMagnesium can be taken during the day (with food) without a problem. The combined intake is within safe ranges and, in fact, this combination is specifically recommended for people with high magnesium demands.
When do the effects of magnesium begin to be noticed?
