The nocturnal protocol that acts on two fronts: sleep chemistry and nervous system
Logout and TriMagnesium don't do the same thing. They do complementary things that together produce a different effect than each one separately. That's exactly what we were looking for when we formulated this pack.
We get a question a lot: "I already take magnesium for sleep, why do I need Logout?" And vice versa: "I take Logout, why add TriMagnesium?"
It's a completely logical question. And it deserves an honest, non-commercial answer.
The short answer: because they work through different mechanisms. Logout acts on sleep neurochemistry —melatonin, serotonin, cortisol— and the magnesium in TriMagnesium acts on the nervous system and muscle function during the day, preparing the ground for nocturnal rest to be possible. They don't overlap. They add up.
"Restorative sleep doesn't start when you get into bed. It starts with the biology you build during the day: magnesium levels, cortisol regulation, serotonin production. Logout works at night; TriMagnesium works on the substrate that makes that nocturnal moment possible. The combination makes clinical sense."
— Dr. Patricia Núñez, physician and co-founder of tres60

LOGOUT: acts on sleep chemistry
LOGOUT is designed for the nighttime. Its four ingredients work in sequence to facilitate the nervous system doing what it needs to do when night falls.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function. In LOGOUT, bisglycinate —the form of magnesium with the highest intestinal absorption— acts by facilitating neuromuscular relaxation at the time of nocturnal intake. This is the most bioavailable and best tolerated digestive form.
TRIMAGNESIUM: builds the daytime substrate for rest
Magnesium is not just a "sleep mineral." It's a cofactor involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions: cellular energy production (ATP), neurotransmitter synthesis, stress axis regulation, muscle contraction and relaxation.
The problem is that most of the Western population has a magnesium intake below recommendations, and chronic stress, physical exercise, and some medications (omeprazole, diuretics) deplete stores even further.
Each form of magnesium has an affinity for different tissues. Bisglycinate crosses the blood-brain barrier better —it's the most relevant for the nervous system and sleep—. Malate has a special affinity for muscle metabolism and cellular energy production. Taurate promotes cardiovascular function and has additional relaxing properties. Combining all three ensures that magnesium reaches where it's most needed, with much higher bioavailability than conventional magnesium oxide.
TriMagnesium also includes vitamin B6 in its active form (pyridoxal-5-phosphate). B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of serotonin and dopamine, and is the cofactor that allows magnesium to properly exert its function in the nervous system. Without sufficient B6, part of the ingested magnesium is not neurologically activated.
How they work together throughout the day
The key to the Restorative Sleep Pack is not just the ingredients: it's the timing of intake. TriMagnesium and Logout are taken at different times and act at different phases of the 24-hour cycle.
Magnesium begins to replenish intracellular stores that stress, exercise, and modern diets constantly deplete. Active vitamin B6 facilitates serotonin synthesis throughout the day, which will be the raw material for nocturnal melatonin.
Melatonin signals the brain that it's nighttime. Ashwagandha lowers residual cortisol from the day. 5-HTP deepens the sleep phase. The magnesium bisglycinate in Logout adds additional, specifically nocturnal, neuromuscular relaxation.
With the nervous system regulated and magnesium stores covered, the body can dedicate sleep time to what it needs to do: consolidate memory, repair muscle tissue, regulate the immune system, and balance hormone levels.
Less time to fall asleep, less frequent awakenings, and —with continued use of TriMagnesium— more daytime energy and better stress tolerance. Both products are formulated not to generate residual drowsiness in the morning.
Who is this pack for?
Especially if the problem is falling asleep, waking up in the middle of the night, or waking up without feeling rested.
Stress depletes magnesium and keeps cortisol elevated at night. This pack acts on both fronts.
Magnesium is essential for muscle repair. Poor quality sleep prevents true recovery.
When tiredness persists even with sufficient sleep, the problem is usually in the quality of sleep, not the quantity.
These drugs reduce magnesium absorption. Magnesium deficiency directly worsens sleep quality.
Logout is not a sedative. It does not generate tolerance or dependence. It is a way to support the natural mechanisms of sleep.

Frequently asked questions
Can I take both products together or do they interfere with each other?
They do not interfere. On the contrary: they are designed to be taken at different times of the day. TriMagnesium is taken with lunch or dinner; Logout, 30-60 minutes before sleep. The combined magnesium intake is within safe ranges and, in fact, this combination is specifically recommended for people with high magnesium demand.
When does the effect start to be noticed?
The first effects —less time to fall asleep, more continuous sleep, fewer nocturnal awakenings— are usually perceived within the first 1-2 weeks. Effects on daytime energy, stress tolerance, and muscle recovery require 4-8 weeks of continuous use. Magnesium needs time to replenish intracellular stores.
Does Logout generate dependence or tolerance?
No. The melatonin dose (0.95 mg) is well below the ranges that have been associated with circadian rhythm disturbances or reduced endogenous production. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen, not a sedative. None of the ingredients in Logout generate tolerance or require increasing the dose over time.
Why does TriMagnesium have three forms of magnesium and not one?
Because each form has a preferential affinity for different tissues. Bisglycinate is the most effective for the nervous system. Malate is the most relevant for muscular energy metabolism. Taurate has additional properties on cardiovascular function. Using all three covers more fronts with a single daily intake, with much better absorption than conventional forms like magnesium oxide.
Is the pack compatible with other medications?
Generally, yes. There are some interactions to consider: magnesium can interfere with the absorption of certain antibiotics (quinolones, tetracyclines) if taken at the same time, so in that case, it is recommended to separate the intake by at least 2 hours. If you take antidepressants, anticoagulants, or central nervous system medication, consult your doctor before starting supplementation.
Can I take the pack if I'm already taking another tres60 product?
Yes. The Restorative Sleep Pack is compatible with the rest of the tres60 line. If you already take Immune or Vitamin D3+K2+Mg, the combination is not only safe but usually extends the overall benefit on energy, recovery, and well-being.
